Virtual Worker Now is looking to hire a social media specialist
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that will increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company website, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company’s overall marketing goals
- Create and manage social media content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and social media posts
- Optimize social media profiles and pages for search engines and social media algorithms
- Monitor and respond to social media comments and questions
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that social media efforts are integrated with other marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
