Role Purpose:
Stands as a key driver in creating brand advocacy. Communicating our Employee Value Proposition and positioning & Vodafone as a great place to work through Social Media and live events and campaigns, leveraging Candidate Facing communication all year round to generate leads, build a pipeline and attract to hire the best candidates
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Conducting Market Scans and Partnering with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies and build candidate pipelines meet current and future hiring needs.
- Developing and projecting the employee value proposition by highlighting key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors; leveraging candidate-facing communications, social media, and videos to convey the corporate culture and employee experience.
- Setting up and managing recruiting events such as open days , employment fairs and developing Candidate engagement initiatives
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Marketing Communication
- Project Management
- Stakeholder Management
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- 3 years + working in Social Media Management, employer branding or marketing communications
- Event Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Mass Communication
